2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Products
We sell physical planning products designed for social media and content strategy education. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

- The Foundation (Part 1) — $75.00 USD
- The Execution (Part 2) — $89.00 USD
- The Full System (Bundle) — $139.00 USD
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or concerns about the order itself.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your completed purchase is final.
6. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes are issued at our discretion and are subject to the terms stated at the time of issue. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or reverse discounts applied through unauthorized use of a code, including codes shared beyond their intended audience or applied in a manner inconsistent with the promotion terms.
7. Out-of-Stock Orders
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and offer either a full refund to your original payment method or the option to wait for restock. The choice is yours.
8. Shipping and Delivery

You may create an account to manage your orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@camille-moore.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Camille Moore products — including but not limited to planner layouts, exercises, frameworks, written content, visual design, and branding — is the exclusive property of Third Eye Insights Inc.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any part of our products without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use only.
12. Disclaimer of Results
Our products are educational tools. They provide frameworks, strategies, and planning structures to support your social media and content efforts.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to growth in followers, engagement, revenue, or business performance. Results depend entirely on how you apply the content, your individual circumstances, and factors outside our control.
Nothing in our products constitutes professional business, legal, financial, or marketing advice.
13. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Our products reference social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. These platforms operate independently and may change their features, algorithms, policies, or availability at any time without notice.
We are not responsible for platform updates, policy changes, algorithm changes, or the discontinuation of any platform feature that may affect the relevance or applicability of our content. We do not commit to updating product content in response to platform changes.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Third Eye Insights Inc. and its principals, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Third Eye Insights Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
16. Governing Law and Disputes

If you are located outside Canada, you agree to resolve any dispute in Ontario under Ontario law.
